Student Ministry

Purpose
We exist to help students glorify God by knowing Him intimately, valuing Him uniquely and loving Him completely.

Vision
We envision the gospel changing our youth into becoming lovers of God and lovers of people by offering relevant worship, teaching, fellowship, Bible-study, prayer and outreach.

Strategy
Program
We will program for heart change and spiritual growth not simply with a focus of trying to keep youth interested in church. This involves nurturing them in the faith, equipping them with the tools for ministry and providing opportunities for service.

Partner with Parents
The primary responsibility of raising youth rests upon parents. Therefore, our responsibility is to come alongside parents and partner with them in discipling their teens. Also, we are passionate about helping students without believing parents grow in the faith.

Integration Approach
While age appropriate fellowship and learning is necessary, we want to integrate our students in the life of the church at large. There is much benefit to be found in worshipping and serving in a multi-generational setting.

Team Ministry
Personnel will work in teams to ensure quality, morale and accountability.
